Instructions for Omelet (brunch)

To prepare the Omelet (brunch) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Ruccola salad and basil leaves-rinsed and onto well of. Tomato and mozarellaen cut into slices.
The eggs are turned out in a bowl and beat lightly with milk, salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Tips:
You are not crazy about ruccola, one can switch it out with the baby spinach.
