To prepare the Omelette from South India recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg and chilli in a bowl. The onion is chopped and roasted gently in 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix the slug in the egg yolks. The tomatoes are cut into large pieces and fry for a couple of minutes on the forehead and then poured into the egg yolks. Salt and hand chopped parsley are added. Stir around the mixture, rinse the forehead and dry before 2 tablespoons of butter melt and pour the egg mass. Step until it is golden. Fold up towards the center from two sides.
