Ingredients for Omelette with shrimps, fish and beans

Freshly ground black pepper
1Eggs
1tbspLemon juice
1tspCurry
1tbspSugar
1.5tbspOil
100gCooked shrimp
125gGreen beans cut lengthwise into thin slices
125gPlaice fillets cut into smaller pieces
2Spring onions cut into thin slices
3Egg whites
3tbspRisvins vinegar or white wine vinegar

To prepare the Omelette with shrimps, fish and beans recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix vinegar, 2 teaspoons. sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and place the bowl to the side. Blanch bean slices into 1 liter of boiling water for 30 seconds. Pour the water off.

Heat 1 tsp. of the oil in a large skillet. Add the beans, and cook for 2 minutes. Add ½ TSP. Curry, half of the vinegar mixture, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated. Pour the mixture into a bowl and style to the page.

Heat 2 tsp. of the oil. Add the shrimp, fish and spring onions and fry 1 minute. Add the rest of the vinegar mixture and vegetable mixture and cook until all the liquid has evaporated 2-4 minutes. Style fish/vegetable mixture aside.

Beat eggs and egg whites along with the rest of the karryen, the rest of the sugar, the rest of the oil and black pepper.

Wipe the pan with a paper towel and heat the pan. Pour about 4 tablespoons. of egg mixture and swirl it gently around. Rose omeletten in 30 seconds, turn it and Cook 10 seconds on the other side. Repeat the process with the rest of the egg mixture until there are four thin omelettes. Advantage vegetable mixture onto half of each omelet and fold the other side over.
