Ingredients for Onion Bhajias

Cold water
Vegetable oil for deep frying
0.5tspChili powder
0.5tspSeeds of the Virgin in the Green
0.5tspCumin seeds
1tspBaking soda
1tspGround turmeric
2Green chopped chili without seeds
2Large onion thinly sliced
225gChickpea flour (besan) or channa atta
50gFresh chopped cilantro

Instructions for Onion Bhajias

To prepare the Onion Bhajias recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour or channa ata, chili powder and turmeric in a bowl, add baking powder and salt, asafoetida and term the mixture into a large bowl.

Seeds of the Virgin in the Greens, fennel, cumin kommefrø and løgfrø cast roughly together and added together with onions, chillies and fresh coriander and mix it well. Gradually add cold water until mixture is gathered.
