1Red onion, cut into both
2Spring onions, cut into oblong slices
300gMinced ham småkød
400gPotatoes, new

To prepare the Onion fry sauce with ham sandwiches recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fathers, eggs, salt, pepper and wheat flour are stirred together. Set cold for approx. 10 min.

The potatoes are left to boil. The prepared onions are given a short stir-frying together with the broth and taken up.

Flour and margarine baked and spread with the onion to even consistency. The fathers are shaped into buns and cooked by low heat in leachate water until they are tender and come to the surface.

The onions come in the stuffed sauce and they are cooked lightmøre. Season with salt and pepper and turn the boiled buns in. Serve with freshly cooked, puffed potatoes.
