Juice and grated to be of an orange
1tspBagpulver + 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda (or 2 tsp bagpulver)
1dlCheasy a38
150gSugar
175gWheat flour
2Eggs
50gMelted butter
5-10tspBlue poppy seed

Instructions for Orange-poppy seed-muffins

To prepare the Orange-poppy seed-muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the sugar and eggs to fluffy, add the orange zest and juice. Mix the flour and bagpulver/soda. Mix dry ingredients and Cheasy with æggesnapsen, add to the last molten butter and poppy seeds. Fill in the muffinsform with papirsforme, bake in preheated oven at 200 C for approx. 15 min.

Pipe if necessary. a glaze of 100 g icing sugar and lemon juice, for it gives a tykflydende lot and favor it over the lukewarm muffins

Tips:
Very good for brunch, or Easter table, beautiful yellow muffins with small blue dots ... and so is the fat!
