Ingredients for Orange salad with saffron dressing

Freshly ground black pepper
Sea salt
Touch of Saffron
0.5bundleDill picked
1tspWhole fennel seeds
1tspThe whole cumin seeds
1tbspCold-pressed olive oil
1tspCoriander seeds
2tspIndkogt Apple syrup (available in health food stores), Alternatively you can use 1 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. Apple vinegar
2tbspBoiling water
3Small red onion, cut into paper-thin rings
4Mature oranges
6Handfuls mixed lettuce washed and dried

To prepare the Orange salad with saffron dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the shell of the oranges with a knife, and cut the meat into uniform cubes. Getting them up in a large bowl, along with the rest of the ingredients.

The Saffron dressing: Pour boiling water over saffron. Let it soak 5 minutes. Toast cumin, coriander and fennel seeds on a dry hot frying pan for a few seconds. Shock in mortar or blend in coffee grinder. Getting them up into a bowl, and add the Saffron-water and the rest of the ingredients. Whisk the dressing together and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Pour dressing over salad, and flip the whole thing gently but thoroughly together.
