100gGrated parmesan
100gButter
3dlMilk
50gYeast
500gFlour

Instructions for Oregano bread

To prepare the Oregano bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crumble the yeast and stir it out with lukewarm milk, in which the butter is melted. Sift flour and grated parmesan and half of the crushed oregano in gærblandingen little by little. Knead the dough smooth and supple and let the draw warm and covered up to double size.

Knead it back together and share it in 21 pieces, which rolled to the buns. Put 14 buns in two rows in a greased oblong shape and brush with butter. Put the last buns in "Groove" between the bottom two rows. Brush again and sprinkle with the rest of the oreganoen.

Let the bread after raising in about 30 minutes. and bake it in the oven at 190 degrees C for about 40 minutes.

This bread is awesome in itself and does not need butter. It does not cut into slices – one break of the whole loaf of bread at the table.
