Corn flour pie powder

Grated cheese (not parmasan)

200gChicken or Turkey (filet or rib), diced

Instructions for Oriental pie

To prepare the Oriental pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the bird in hot oil (non-smoking), add bacon cut into fine strips or tern. Squeeze garlic into the pan. Add finely chopped lemongrass. Add other spices (amount to taste and pleasure - the only thing to limit is galangal (1 teaspoon)). Stir well together and then add onions (in 8ths), mushroom nuts, squash in tern, striped sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper in the tern. Heat well and then add fish sauce and coconut milk - simmer for low heat while stirring the dough to the pie. Pour the filling into the pie dish. Sprinkle 2 eggs with skim milk and pour it over the fillet. Reef cheese at will at the top. Bake at 200o for approx. 35-40 minutes. Severes with green salad.
