Ingredients for Ostrich-rose with bigarde-sauce

EVS. watercress
EVS. a little orange liqueur
Cooked green beans
A little corn flour
Pepper
Roasted potato wedges
Salt
Butter for Browning
1Orange
1Lemon
1Shallots
1tbspSugar
2dlWhite wine
2Ostrich roast a ca 350 gr
dlChicken broth
8Half-slices of Orange

Instructions for Ostrich-rose with bigarde-sauce

To prepare the Ostrich-rose with bigarde-sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
