2tspLiquid margarine
2.5dlCheasy cream 9%
300gOnion
500gBroccoli
6Tomatoes
800gCod fillet without skin

Instructions for Oven-baked fish (low fat)

To prepare the Oven-baked fish (low fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brush an ovenproof dish with the oil margarine. First cut the cod into pieces and put it in the dish, then onion and tomatoes cut into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper and dill quiche. Sprinkle lemon juice and cover the dish with aluminum oil.

The fish is baked in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 40 minutes until the fish is tender.

Stir fromage frais and cream fry well together and taste with chopped green, salt and pepper and possibly. garlic.

Serve the fish together with dressing and accessories.
