To prepare the Oven baked potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub the potatoes and halve them. The largest are divided into quarters. Cut the red onion in both. Bring potatoes and red onion into an ovenproof dish and rub well with thyme. Pour Becel liquid over, mix and bag the potatoes at 200 degrees C for approx. 30 minutes until they are tender. Immediately pour white wine vinegar over, mix and sprinkle with parsley.
