To prepare the Oven-fried Curry Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crack the cleaned chickens in half. Sprinkle the insides with salt and paprika. Put them in a well-oiled baking dish with skin side up.

Stir in the softened butter with the curry powder and a little salt. Butter it over the chickens.
