Instructions for Pad ka-prao

To prepare the Pad ka-prao recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the garlic, chili (on top of) and loosen very nicely - seeds and walls are removed from the chillies before chopping them - almost to a paste-like paste. Hook Coins, el. The basil leaves fine.

Rinse and blanch the beans so that they are ready. Cut the last chili into thin slices.

Heat the oil in a "wok" at medium heat. Add the chilli / garlic and sauté it until it has set aside (make sure the garlic is not on). Add the onions and the meat. Stir often around with a spatula so that the meat is separated.

When the meat is cooked (3-4 minutes typical), add soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce and kechap manis sauce. Add beans, peppers and chilli peppers. Turn a few minutes.
Mix mint / thai basil in, turn short and serve with boiled rice.

Ps: There must be very strong chili fruits to spend less than 7 pieces. - at the fortification, the strength disappears so that only the aroma from the chilli fruit is left when the medium / almond fruit is used!
