To prepare the Palacsintak Barackizzel (Apricot Cake) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip the eggs together with the milk and appolinaris in a bowl. Stir it in flour, sugar, vanilla and salt until it is a smooth dough.

Melt butter on the forehead and behind approx. 14 thin pancakes of dough. Bring a few teaspoonful jams on each pancake and roll them together. Place them in an ovenproof dish, which is placed in the oven at the weakest heat approx. 100 degrees C so they can stay warm.

Serve them with chopped nuts and sifted sugarcane.
