1 high ovenproof glass bowl 16 cm in diameter
100gSoft butter
2Egg yolks
20gMinced Seville oranges should
20gChopped sukat
500gWheat flour

Instructions for Panetone

To prepare the Panetone recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk and yeast stirred together, eggs and egg yolks mixed in. Flour, sugar, salt and other ingredients are mixed, and added gærblandingen. It's all mixed to a smooth dough. Style dough to withdraw approximately 1 hour. Brush the glass bowl and put wax paper up along side so it's looking 4 cm above the form. Beat the dough down and shape it into a ball. The ball shall be laid down in glass form and scratched. The dough is made to uplift 1 hour. Dough brushed with melted, cooled butter. Bake in a hot oven 190 degrees in 40 min.
