1 high ovenproof glass bowl 16 cm in diameter
1Eggs
1pinchSalt
100gSoft butter
100gSugar
2Egg yolks
2.5dlMilk
20gMinced Seville oranges should
20gChopped sukat
30gYeast
500gWheat flour
80gRaisins

Instructions for Panettone

To prepare the Panettone recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk and yeast stirred together, eggs and egg yolks mixed in. Flour, sugar, salt and other ingredients are mixed, and added gærblandingen. It's all mixed to a smooth dough.
