To prepare the Panzerotti agli spinaci recipe, please follow these instructions:

240g flour kneaded with 2 eggs and a little cold water until you get a smooth dough. Boil 1/2 kg fresh spinater (whole leaf) and mix them with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
