Drain shrimp well and place them in a heat-proof platter. Pour the oil, spices and Parmesan cheese over it.

Gratinér shrimp in the oven at 190 degrees C for approximately 5 minutes and serve them with a mixed salad, which is washed, dried and sprinkled with a little very good olive oil.
