To prepare the Party Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The yeast is crumbled and stirred in yogurt. Lack and stir the milk. Add the remaining ingredients, but hold some of the flour. Make the dough blank and smooth. Let it rise for 1-2 hours, hit the dough a couple of times along the way.

Gently dough the dough and remove a third. Form the rest to a large flat bowl, place it on a baking sheet and make a recess in the middle. Roll the last third dough into 0.5 cm thick and cut it out like leaves. Brush the bread with water and put the leaves firmly. Let it rise for 30 minutes before placing it in the bottom of the oven at 200 degrees C for approx. 40 minutes.
