250gPeas frozen
250gOnion
250gCorn frozen
3.5dlRice
3-4cloveGarlic
500gMinced beef
7dlBeef broth

Instructions for Party pot

To prepare the Party pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the finely chopped onions and garlic in oil until they are clear and golden. Add the chopped meat and stir until the meat has split.

Add rice and spices and mix well together. Pour broth and tomatoes on and lay tight on the lid. Allow the dish to stand and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Add if necessary. More broth.

Step while bacon and peel the peppers in the tern. When the dish is cooked, add peas and corn and the dish boils on approx. 5 min. For peas and corn is hot. Season with salt, pepper and peppers.

Decorate the dish with tern of half of the pepper and bacon. Place the other half of the pepper and bacon on each plate next to it.
