Ingredients for Pasta Amatriciana

Fresh herbs from the garden
Pinch chili (dried or fresh)
Pinch sugar
Olive oil (do not save on it!)
Parmasanost or similar (important-it must be torn)
Pepper
splashRed wine
Salt
1-2Onion (depending on size)
200gBacon, (a good dried cut bacon or similar)
300gFresh pasta
3-4cloveGarlic
4-500gGood tomato sauce (like m spices)

Instructions for Pasta Amatriciana

To prepare the Pasta Amatriciana recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop onions, garlic, chili and bacon and then chop them in the oil on the forehead (in the same order).
When the ingredients are golden brown add the red wine and cook / cook further for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, add a little sugar and add salt and pepper.
Then chopped fresh herbs into, for example. Oregano, basil, thyme and the right simmer for another 10-20min, the longer the better / stronger the taste.
Put the pasta in boiling salted water and boil without lid until it is already dense.
Serve in a large plate / bowl, first pasta, sauce, grated parmasan and decor with basil leaves.

tips:
The dish can be made with bacon-like meat products. Dried spices can be used if not freshly haves. Server with a strong glass of Italian red wine, bon appetit!
