1glassGrilled artichokes
1bundleArugula or other salad
250gCherry tomatoes
300gPasta (penne – conchiglie or whatever you have in the cupboard)
50gRoasted pine nuts

To prepare the Pasta Salad with bresaola and grilled artichokes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook pasta as directed on package, rinse well in cold water, and mix with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the drained artichokes, halve the cherry tomatoes, bresola and Arugula. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts, eventually and take it for lunch.
