Pasta salad with limemarinade


Servings: 4


1 Lime
1 pinch Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
10 Sun-dried tomatoes into strips (approximately 40 grams)
2 tsp Liquid honey
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Average, fresh basil
3 tbsp Average, flat-leaf parsley
30 g Pine nuts
300 g Courgette into small cubes
300 g Pasta, such as penne


To prepare the Pasta salad with limemarinade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wash or rinse the glue and tear the shell to the marinade. Squeeze the juice for juice. Whip a marinade of oil, honey, gratin and juice, salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta as instructed on the package, rinse it in cold water and let it drip into a sieve.

Pour the pine nuts on a dry, warm forehead with even heat until golden. 5 min. Shake the pan along the way.

Mix the pasta with courgette, sun-dried tomatoes, basil and parsley. Turn the marinade into the salad and let it pull for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts just before serving.

Serve the salad with bread.
