1tbspButter for frying
2tbspLight wine vinegar
2dlWhipped cream
3Shallots
300gSmoked salmon sliced
400gFresh pasta or spaghetti
400gSavoy cabbage

Instructions for Pasta with Savoy Cabbage and Salmon

To prepare the Pasta with Savoy Cabbage and Salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Remove the outer leaves and coarse ribs from the savoy cabbage and chop it roughly.

Pil onion and chop them nicely.

Stir the onions in butter on a saute pan for approx. 5 min. Till they are soft.

Add vinegar and let it boil.
Add the cream and boil the sauce.

Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.

Put the chopped cabbage on the forehead and let it feel the heat until it just falls apart.
Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the salmon into thin strips and turn them into the saucepan together with the drip pasta.

Server immediately, like a coarse bread.
