150gBacon or ham, diced
2Leeks into thin slices
250gPasta
3tbspFine cut chives
4Eggs
5dlMilk/cream

Instructions for Pastafad

To prepare the Pastafad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Let it drip well. Sweat leeks, pepper, bacon or ham on the forehead. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook well.

Whip the eggs together and add milk / cream, salt, pepper, garlic, basil, onion and cheese.

Mix the pasta with the tomato mixture and pour into a refractory dish. The egg mixture is poured over.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 40-45 min.
