Ingredients for Pastilla with chicken or duekød

Icing sugar
Oil

Salt
0.5tspCinnamon
0.5Little finely chopped onion
0.5tbspOlive oil
0.75dlChopped coriander
1Eggs
1dlMinced parsley
1pinchGinger
1pinchGround saffron
1Pie dish approx. 12 cm. in diameter
100gChicken fillet or duekød (duekød to original pastilla)
25gFinely chopped almonds
3Sheets Filo

Instructions for Pastilla with chicken or duekød

To prepare the Pastilla with chicken or duekød recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sauté meat, finely chopped onion, ginger, saffron, cinnamon, salt and pepper o olive oil in a pan for about 2 minutes. Add a little water, put a lid on the pot and cook on low heat about 15 minutes until meat is tender. Take the meat up and let it cool off.

Foam if necessary grease of juices. Got cinnamon, chopped parsley and chopped coriander in juices and boil it into half. Turn down to low heat, stir the egg in and take the Pan from the heat.

Set the oven at 200 degrees (C). cut Filo plates in ca. 25 x 25 cm. large pieces brush the pie plate with oil, then put the oil penslede Filo sheets in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle chopped almonds and cinnamon on filodejen. Advantage of the meat and egg mixture in pie plate, fold filodejen into over and brush with oil.

Bake the tart for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

Refrigerate tart until it is snug, garnish it with icing sugar before serving.
