To prepare the Peach melba mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the gelatine in cold water for about 5 minutes. Yogurt is poured into a bowl and stir in sugar and vanilla. The cream whipped stiff. Isinglass is taken up from the water and knuges free from water. Isinglass is melted in a water bath or in the microwave for about 30 seconds at full power. The melted gelatin cooled and poured into yoghurt, stirring. Piskefløden turned into yogurt mixture. Yogurt mousse is poured into a glass bowl and made cold for about six hours. Before serving garnish with whipped cream and fruit in slices.
