To prepare the PEAR soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

The pears peeled, sliced and cooked until tender in the water, the two glasses of wine, sugar and kanelen, after which one puts one half of the slices into the soup tureen and squeezes the other half through puresigten. Pureen boil then with wine, lemon rind, sugar, sago grynene needed and the salt in the water, which the pears are cooked. When grynene are clear poured this soup together with pureen and poured into the tureen over small baked muffins and PEAR slices.
