Instructions for Pear-tight Diabetes

To prepare the Pear-tight Diabetes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lean the milk and pour it over the oatmeal. Let them pull for 30 min. The egg is whipped and Atwel or sugar is sieved in the egg mass during whipping. The soaked oatmeal is stirred in the egg yolks. Wheat flour, baking soda and finely chopped almonds are mixed and added together with sweetener.

The pears are peeled and cut into both. A spring shape or pie shape (20-22 cm in diameter) is lubricated and the pear pieces are distributed in the mold. The dough is spread over the bulbs.

The pie is baked in a 180 degree C. alm. Oven for approx. 25-30 min.
