200gCooked ham, diced
200gMedium-aged cheese (slice of cheese)

Instructions for Perfect for the lunch package

To prepare the Perfect for the lunch package recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whole bread: melt the butter in a saucepan. Take the saucepan off the heat and add water and buttermilk. The mixture must be small-fingered. Pour it into a bowl and stir the yeast out. Add the remaining ingredients (hold ½ dl wheat flour back). Beat the dough well with a saucepan. Cover the dough with a lid or aluminum foil and set it up for a slight spot for approx. 1 hour.
