You need: 1/2 jam glass perikon flowers and 1/2 fl. snaps / vodka
The yellow flowers are picked just before they run out. The flowers are poured onto a glass and covered well with snaps / vodka. After just 1 week, this is now filtered red snaps through a coffee filter, so you have a pear extract. The extract must now be diluted. The relationship varies a lot, so you have to try it out!
Good for the breakfast table.
