Juniper berries, crushed
Freshly ground pepper
Corn flour

Instructions for Petfilet with mushrooms

To prepare the Petfilet with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Step a piece of animal meal or 4 fillets spicy with freshly salted salt, pepper and crushed juniper and let the meat rest wrapped approx. 10 min.

Saute the chopped mustard onion and garlic in oil. Add mushrooms as small as the liquid is gone. Take half of the mushrooms up and store them wrapped, pour balsamic vinegar on which will almost boil away. Pour red wine and let it boil halfway. Add the wild broth, which is now boiling well, after which it is leveled with maizena. Just before serving, whipped butter into the sauce.

Heat the remaining sponges on the frying pan, add the rinsed and drip long-leaved spinach until the leaves fall together, season with freshly-salted salt and pepper.

Server with raw potatoes.
