To prepare the Pickled herring with caviar recipe, please follow these instructions:

Freeze a small block of ice. (the day before) Cut the leek into thin rings and rinse them well. Clip cfire fine (save a few sprigs for garnish) and mix with sour cream. Part herring fillets lengthwise and roll them together. Serve herring rollers on isblokken and fill them with caviar. Serve the herrings with dill-cream fraichen, raw egg yolks, crispy Leek rings and lemon both. Can be served with: Small, boiled potatoes or brown bread and butter.
