Whip ymer and summer together. Sift flour and baking soda in. Dejel divided into 3 portions. Each 1/3 of the batter is poured into an approximately 24 cm sprinform, lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Bottoms are not quite as airy as original bottoms. But is very good when you do not have to use eggs. All the dough can be baked in a br├Ždepande, and thereby gives a square pie.
