Ingredients for Piluris

1Medium onion thinly sliced
2pcsWhole cinnamon approx. 2 ½ cm each
4.5dlBasmati rice
5Green cardamom
5Whole cloves
50gButter ghee or oil
6.5dlWater

Instructions for Piluris

To prepare the Piluris recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the rice and let them drip thoroughly.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium flame, when it is hot, without Brown, then came the cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in these spices, and FRY for a few mins.
