1dlCoconut milk
1tbspRum with coconut flavor
1 1/4tspBaking soda
100gChopped candied pineapple
100gButter, softened
12Coctailbær or maraschino cherries
12Coctailparaplyer
12Small pieces of candied pineapple
125gGranulated sugar
150gFlour
2Eggs
300gIcing sugar

Instructions for Pina colada muffins

To prepare the Pina colada muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Whip butter and sugar together until it is well mixed. Add coconut milk, egg, cream, flour and baking soda and whisk it until the mixture is even. Stir the pineapple pieces in.

Distribute the mixture into the paper and place them in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes until the cakes are swollen and stuck in the middle.

Remove the cakes from the oven and place them on the grill for cooling.

Pour the flour in a bowl. Add cream and coconut milk to a thick, clear glaze. Grease icing up each cake.

Put a piece of pineapple and a coctailber on each umbrella and put one into each cake. Let the glaze stiffen before serving.
