1Red bell pepper
1tspTomato puree. concentrated
2dlChicken broth
2Onion
2tbspSoy sauce
220gPineapple. canning
500gHam cubes, raw

Instructions for Pineapple pan with ham

To prepare the Pineapple pan with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat for approx. 1 cm thick strips. Arrow and chop onions. Rinse the peppers, freeze them for stalk and kernels and cut them into 1 cm thick strips.

Mix broth, water, soy sauce, tomato sauce, ginger and 1/2 dl of the layer of pineapple sauce together in a pan and let it boil. Bring the meatballs and onions to the saucepan and simmer for low heat for approx. 15 minutes.

Put the peppercorns in the pan and let them boil until the meat is tender - approx. 5 minutes.

Cut the pineapple rings into smaller pieces and put them in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with boiled rice or pasta.
