Ingredients for Pirate Soup

Pepper
Salt
0.5tspGround cumin
0.5-1tspMild Curry
1lBeef broth
1Stalk lemon grass
1-2tspSoy sauce
2Chopped onions
2dlCoconut milk
2Red peppers into thin strips (200 gr)
200gMinced beef
200gGrated carrot
4Leeks into thin slices (400 gr)

Instructions for Pirate Soup

To prepare the Pirate Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat a large grinding-saucepan and turn onions, leeks and beef until the meat is browned on all sides. Add the pepper, carrots and the whole stem of lemongrass.

Stir the curry and soy in and let it swim for a moment. Add coconut milk and broth. Boil the soup while stirring regularly. Season with salt, pepper and cumin.

Put on the lid and let the soup simmer approx. 20 min. Taste the soup on a regular basis and remove lemon grass if the flavor becomes too penetrating.
Taste the soup and serve the smoking hot
