Instructions for Piroger Gluten Free

To prepare the Piroger Gluten Free recipe, please follow these instructions:

Yeast are rinsed in lukewarm water that is added to the husk. Stir well and leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Add oil, eggs and spices and approx. 400 g of flour. Thoroughly dough the dough through a machine. Cover the dough with a dish and let it rise for 30-45 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the flour onto the table and knead the dough through. Divide the dough into 20 pieces. Shape for balls and push to flat round pieces (about 10 cm in diameter). Distribute the filling on one half of the dough. Fold the other half over and press the edge well together. Pens with eggs.

Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
