500g3-7% fat ground beef

Instructions for Pirogger 03

To prepare the Pirogger 03 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water. Oil, egg and lettuce are stirred with. Add the flour a little at a time.

Agitate the dough thoroughly and allow it to rise for an hour in a warm place.



Fill: Onion and garlic chopped well and brune in a saucepan. Then the meat is brought in and roasted through (like once a milion steak). Bring the nice chopped carrots together with tomato puree and peppers. Soak water and taste with salt and pepper.
