25gFresh basil leaves
4Large cloves garlic crushed

Instructions for Pistou

To prepare the Pistou recipe, please follow these instructions:

Garlic and Basil in a food processor and blend to a puree (add a bit of oil, if desired, to get it to move). Add the rest of the oil and blend thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Pureen pour in a small bowl or jar and cover with a thin layer of olive oil.

Tips:
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or deep frozen for up to 2 months.
