2dlTomato sauce for pizza or good tomato puree
200gCheese, groftrevet or in the form of URf.eks. danbo, Samsø, gruyer or bel paese
2-3tbspGrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions for Pizza sicilana (with sardel and olives)

To prepare the Pizza sicilana (with sardel and olives) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Dissolve yeast in the warm liquid. Add oil, salt and flour slightly at a time and knead the dough well and smoothly. Sprinkle a little flour and allow the dough to increase ¾-1 hour to double size.

Then divide the dough into two pieces and roll them out approx. ½ cm. Thick and about 20 cm in diameter.
