To prepare the Plain Pie bottoms (3 PCs.) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whisk eggs and sugar together into a fluffy mass.

Wheat flour and baking powder is stirred into the dough to a uniform mass (term bagepulveret in wheat flour).

The dough is divided into 3 equal portions, lubricated into buttered pie molds or on 3 pieces of circular baking paper (approx 20 cm. in diameter).

Pie bottoms bake on oven Middle slot at 240 degrees c. alm. oven for about 5 minutes. and taken out of the molds after another 5 minutes.
