130gPure raw marzipan
150gButter
2Eggs
2tbspWheat flour
2tbspBreadcrumbs
200gSugar
500gPlums, fresh, pitted

Instructions for Plum Cake

To prepare the Plum Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Butter and sugar are stirred well. The eggs are added at a time.

Flour, grater, grated marcipan and chopped almonds are turned in. The dough is poured into a greased pie.

The flowers are halved and stoned and put into the dough with the curved side up. Bake at 190 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 35 minutes.

Serve warm with creme fraiche.
