5Anise stars

To prepare the Plum-pear jam with fennel seeds and sambuca recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the plums and pears in both, and remove both stone and cored. Put all ingredients, except sambuca and gelling agent in a pan, and let Cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes. Mix the gelling agent with 2 tsp. sugar, sprinkle it in finally, the jam stirring, and let cook with in 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, and stir in the sambucaen.

Finally, the jam pour on the trained glass flushed with Atamon or spirits, and close them right away.
