0.5Lettuce, iceberg lettuce, or similar
1kgTusk fillet
1cloveFinely chopped garlic
1dlFish stock (bouillon cube + water)
1dlWhite wine vinegar
1dlOlive oil
1dlDry white wine
50gGreenland shrimp

Instructions for Poached smiles

To prepare the Poached smiles recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brosme: Brosmefilet cut into 4 pieces. Poached in fish fund and white wine under low approx. 5 minutes, draw an additional 10 minutes in the cooking layer.

Salad: Olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic whipped together.
The salad is rinsed, drained well and shredded well. Turn in the marinade.

Appetizer: Brosmefiletet is served with the marinated salad. Decorated with shrimp and dill. Feel free to serve freshly baked bread.
