Freshly ground black pepper
Salt

15gMaizenamel
2Peeled oranges into pieces
2tspDried Sage
25gPlant margarine
3dlChicken broth
4Pork chops, afpudste of fat. (ca. 150 g per slot.)
6tbspOrange juice

Instructions for Pork chops in orange sauce

To prepare the Pork chops in orange sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Season the chops with salt, pepper and sage. Heat the margarine in a pan and simmer the crushed garlic for 1 min. Brown the chops on both sides, pick them up and set them aside.

Stir maizena in the leftover fat and let it boil for a few minutes. Add gradually broth and orange juice and let it boil. Put the chops on the forehead, dampen the heat, add the pieces from one orange, put on the lid and simmer for approx. 40 min. Season the sauce with spices.

Place the chops on a serving dish, along with the pieces of the other orange. Pour the sauce over and serve the chops, decked with watercress.
