1Apple, peeled and cut into cubes

1Onion, sliced

15gButter
2tbspHoney
2Lean pork chops
4tbspRed wine

Instructions for Pork chops in red cabbage (microwave)

To prepare the Pork chops in red cabbage (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix honey, red wine and garlic together and marinate the chops for at least 2 hours.

Put the chopped onion in a glass dish with the butter and put it in the oven for 1 minute at 100%.

Add red cabbage, apple pieces and cutlet marinade. Cover and increase 12 minutes at 100%. Put the dish aside
