0.5dlFresh Rosemary chopped
0.5Red chilli (of long) finely chopped
1canPineapple, diced
1canChopped tomatoes
1Large cloves garlic finely chopped
1Large onion cut into rings
2tspFresh ginger grated
2canCoconut milk
2Lime leaves
4-6Pork chops (as neck chops)

Saute the garlic, chilli and Rosemary in a saucepan with the olive oil. Add the cans of coconut milk and chopped tomatoes while stirring. Lime leaves and Ginger came in, and let it simmer. Season with salt.

Brown koteletterne on both sides in a pan. Advantage onion rings, pineapple pieces and Rosemary in the bottom of a casserole dish. Put the roasted pork chops on top.
